Shipping policy

Shipping costs are included in the price of each product.

Products available for immediate delivery will be shipped within 5 business days, while customized or reproduction products may take longer. If you order a product that is not immediately available, we will contact you with a detailed overview of the timing.

If the timing is not satisfactory, you can cancel the order and receive a refund.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the 5 days will start from the receipt of the payment.
