Refund policy

We are committed to meeting return requests made within 14 days. This means that after receiving the product, you have 14 days to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unworn, in its original packaging. You will also need to show the payment receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact info@ddlabmilano.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products shipped without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Products:

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as personalized products. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted products or gift cards.

Replacements:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact info@ddlabmilano.com.

Shipping:

The cost of shipping to return your product will be at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
